Grid Copilot ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

We do not collect location data or payment information, and we do not collect any data beyond what is listed above.
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
The App shows ads supplied by Google AdMob. These are non-personalised: they are not based on your account, your favourite drivers, or your activity in the App, and we do not share any of that data with Google. Google receives only the limited technical information described in section 3a.
We use the following third-party services that may process your data:
The App displays banner ads through Google AdMob.
These ads are non-personalised. They are selected using only general context such as your approximate region and the fact that an ad slot was shown, and never using your Grid Copilot account, your favourite drivers or teams, your notification preferences, or your behaviour in the App. None of that data is sent to Google.
We do not track you across other apps or websites. The App does not ask for App Tracking Transparency permission and does not use the iOS advertising identifier (IDFA) for tracking.
To serve an ad and guard against fraud, Google may process a device identifier, your approximate location derived from your IP address, and whether an ad was displayed or tapped. Google acts as an independent controller for this. See Google's policy.
Because these ads are non-personalised, this processing is limited to what is necessary to show an ad. Google may still use device storage for frequency capping and fraud prevention, which you can control in your device settings.
Your account data is retained while your account is active. When you delete your account through the App, all personal data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days. Basic app activity logs are kept for a short period for reliability and troubleshooting, and are not used to build a profile of you.

Grid Copilot is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with data, please contact us.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
